Fairly good exercises, but too many are heavy impact! I have arthritis, and choose walk for exercise, as opposed to running. I don't know whether walking versions of your exercises are as effective as the jumping/running ones, but my knees can't take the impact of running and/or jumping. Not being able to tolerate heavy impact doesn't mean you're "unfit" or a "beginner", as another app implied, unfairly. Unfortunate that you assume everyone can jump and/or run...

So I paid 240 ruppees to this app as it demanded and I came to know that 240 were deducted from my account and the exercises didn't get unlocked. It is a really untrustworthy app. Shame on the creators who planned to fool the users. Not recommending this to any one.
